Delivery in Northern Ireland usually takes 1-2 business days and to the Republic of Ireland, 2-3 business days.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please follow the steps mentioned below.


  • All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. 
  • All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
    • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) is not returned in this condition.
  • Please ensure the item(s) is returned in its original packaging or a suitable box or container.
  • Please provide your order number and name with the item(s).
  • If you decide you do not want an item, then you must pay for the costs of returning it to us.
    • Items can be returned for free in-person at the return address listed below.



  • If the item(s) is faulty or damaged, please contact our team to organise a refund or replacement.
  • Damage that wasn’t reported at the time of delivery will not be taken into consideration.
  • If the damaged item(s) need to be returned, we will pay for the delivery of the item(s).

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 3-5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
